Process Groups

Ongoing Psychotherapy Process-Group for Therapists  - This is an in-person group that meets weekly on Wednesday mornings from 9:15-10:45am at my office in Fremont, Seattle .

This group is currently closed until the Spring of 2026 . 

Currently forming an  On-going Psychotherapy Group - This will be an in-person process group that meets on Thursday afternoons from 4:15-5:45pm at my office in Fremont, Seattle.  Members must be in or have done individual therapy. 

Members will be asked for an initial  six-month commitment to support the formation of a containing group process.

Cost is $80 per group session. 

Please contact me for a pre-group consultation. This meeting helps determine whether the group would be an appropriate therapeutic setting based on your goals, challenges, and readiness for group work. It also gives you a chance to ask questions and learn more about the group's structure and expectations.
